負責研發處人事行政工作、單位預算經費提報、財產盤點、研發處團體績效考核亮點計畫、績效目標自評報告、臺中榮民總醫院榮東合作研究計畫申請與管理、國軍臺中總醫院合作案、中央研究院合作案、爭取重大及整合型計畫申請校外補助、協助生命科學研究中心業務推動、協助軟體工程與技術中心等業務推動
Responsible for personnel and administrative affairs of the R&D Office, preparation and submission of unit budgets, asset inventory management, coordination of performance highlight programs, and compilation of self-assessment reports on performance targets. Additional responsibilities include the application and management of collaborative research projects with Taichung Veterans General Hospital (Rongdong Branch), the Taichung Armed Forces General Hospital, and Academia Sinica. Also involved in securing major and integrated external research grants, supporting the development of the Center for Life Sciences Research, and assisting with initiatives under the Center for Software Engineering and Technology.
