研究倫理審查 Research Ethics Review
*由於校內未設立專責的審查單位，若研究計畫涉及相關倫理審查需求，請先判斷研究屬於人體研究 (IRB：涉及人體試驗、檢體、胚胎等) 還是研究倫理 (REC:涉及與人互動、或使用可識別個資)，再尋找審查單位，以個案委託送審。
Research ethics reviews at our university must be commissioned to external institutions.First, determine if your research is Human Subject Research (IRB: Involves human trials, specimens, embryos, etc.) or Research Ethics (REC:Involves interaction with people or the use of identifiable private informations, etc.), then find a suitable review committee.
 

 

【研究倫理送審校內程序】    3 Internal Submission Steps

 

1. 請計畫主持人參考教育部或衛福部查核通過之名單，以個案委託逕行送審。

The plan host is requested to refer to the list approved by the MOE or the MOHW.

2. 與委託的審查單位確認後，請下載公文範本，修改完成後Email至研發處承辦同仁。
Please find the review unit by yourself, download the official document template, and then mail the undertaker of the R&D Department after modification.
 
 
3. 研發處協助完成校內發文及用印後，將學校正式函文連同所有審查資料，一併提供給委託的審查機構。
The R&D Office will assist with the official stamping and return the formal hard-copy letter to you.Send the official university letter along with all your review materials to your commissioned institution.

 

*國科會計畫 For NSTC Project

依據國科會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第11點(四)規定(人體研究倫理審查(IRB)核准文件或 研究倫理(REC)送審證明文件)：

一、研究計畫中涉及人體試驗、採集人體檢體、人類胚胎、人類胚胎幹細胞者，應檢附醫學倫理委員會或人體試驗委員會核准文件；涉及基因重組相關實驗者，應檢附生物實驗安全委員會核准之基因重組實驗申請同意書；涉及基因轉殖田間試驗者，應檢附主管機關核准文件；涉及動物實驗者，應檢附實驗動物管理委員會核准文件；涉及第二級以上感染性生物材料試驗者，應檢附相關單位核准文件。核准文件未能於申請時提交者，須先提交已送審之證明文件，並於六個月內補齊核准文件。
If the research plan involves human experiments, collection of human specimens, human embryos, and human embryonic stem cells, the approval documents of the Medical Ethics Committee or the Human Experiment Committee should be attached. For experiments related to genetic recombination, the application consent form for genetic recombination experiments approved by the Bio-Experiment Safety Committee should be attached. If it involves gene transfer field experiments, the approval documents of the competent authority shall be attached. If animal experiments are involved, the approval documents of the Experimental Animal Management Committee should be attached. If it involves testing of infectious biological materials above the second level, the approval documents of relevant units should be attached. If the approved documents cannot be submitted at the time of application, the supporting documents that have been submitted for review must be submitted first, and the documents must be completed within six months.

二、國科會人文及社會科學研究發展處之研究計畫涉及以個人或群體為對象，使用介入、互動之方法、或使用可資識別特定當事人之資料，而進行與該個人或群體有關之系統性調查或專業學科的知識性探索活動者，應於計畫執行前繳交已送研究倫理審查之證明文件。
If the research project of the Humanities and Social Sciences Research and Development Division of the NSTC involves targeting individuals or groups, using interventional, interactive methods, or using data that can identify specific parties, systematic research related to individuals or groups For investigation or knowledge-based exploration activities of disciplines, certification documents that have been submitted for research ethics review should be submitted before the implementation of the plan.


*非國科會計畫 For Non-NSTC Project

依申請計畫之要求(ex. 教學實踐研究計畫)，可參照國科會研究倫理送審作業校內程序或依照中區區域性研究倫理中心之規定提出申請。
